busy revenge-ing

i kind of neglected "wanderings of an eccentric alibangbang" for several days. i just remembered writing again before saying goodnight to the world of reality.

after waking up from the hypnosis of "once upon a time", i found myself by the beach at the hamptons. away from the neverland of the fairies, rumpelstilskin and snow white...now, i'm close to the billionaires' sad pitiful life full of lies and deceit and one girl's great plan to make all of them pay for what they've done to her father.

revenge-ing the moment i wake up and before going to sleep.

nolan ross and amanda clarke/emily thorn.
two of my favorite characters.
they never run out of schemes to make the grayson's and everyone within their circle pay for framing up david clarke in an act of terrorism.

i'm almost done with season 1.

season 2, where are you?

craze

i just know when an obsession is brewing within my system.

it must be his remarkable portrayal of rumple's character. it must be the way he smiles, showing his rotted teeth. it must be the way he waves his hands. it must be the evil in his character. it must be the way he say "dearie". it must be the way his iris' dilate when he's angry or excited. it must be the way he calms down as mr. gold. it must be his Scottish accent. it must be everything about him.

then, a realization struck me after googling at all his photos the entire day.

iMAX

after the morning rush from tagaytay to the city of manila, and from a surprise power blackout in star city, and from a slight disappointment that the mall of asia is showing "skyfall" instead of the movie that we intended to see, and from being squeezed in the metro rail transit, and from the long walk from the mrt station to sm, my friends and i finally set foot in the homey imax theater of sm north edsa. the minute i stepped in there, i felt that i belong. the soft carpet made me take off my shoes.

how comfortable can one get on the cushioned floor?

at half past five, we settled on our seats with our 3d glasses on and enjoyed the imax experience. for a first-timer like me, it was oh-so-amazing! i was like a child who couldn't contain an excitement. i even held on to my seat when the countdown began. hahaha! i had that funny feeling that the numbers would eat me up.

then the snow started to fall as the movie started. i held out my hand to catch them. they were so close and so real, like i was actually there with jack frost and the big four!

okay, so jack frost was resurrected by the moon. he died saving his sister. and for 300 years, he caused blizzards and fun fun fun to the kids by his gift of snow...yet he remained invisible. nobody believed in him. as for the big four, well, there's north who is also known as santa, ester bunny, tooth fairy and sandman, their existence in the minds of children is unquestionable.

but the big four can't always live happily ever after. then came pitch, who, like jack, is as non-existent to the young minds of the kids. pitch moped around all those years and planned to destroy the children's beliefs to the big four. he almost succeeded in doing so, until the big four found jack frost, who was chosen by the man in the moon to be the next guardian.

jack was surprised, of course! all he knew was to have fun. he didn't know anything about being a guardian. he resisted at first. but then, later, he found out that his love of fun is the main reason why the man chose him to be the guardian of fun and happiness. fun is the core of his being.

and the big four plus jack and jamie, the only child who remained believing in them, battled with pitch and his dark allies in a snowy winter night. jamie said to pitch, "i believe in you, but i'm not afraid of you"! pitch was defeated by his own fears while the kids and the good ones conquered their fears and won!

snow fell as the movie ended. and i stretched my hands again to catch them ^ ^

if the moon tells you something, believe it. - jack frost

goodnight world

for the first time, i think i can go to sleep without reading a book. i am so dead tired and sleepy

my now

just got back to our hostel here in tagaytay. a while ago, we wondered the city looking for a nice place to eat and unwind. the tricycle driver that we hired brought us to the center of the city. we dropped by one place after another. we has a sumptuous dinner at a small resto. we were so full and we decided to have a cup of coffee.

my coffee and company @ bag of beans, tagaytay

as soon as we entered the "bag of beans" near the rotunda, the coffee aroma filled me with unrecognizable memory. i'm trying to remember where i've smelled that aroma. it maybe in dk or norway...i'm not sure. that aroma is still haunting me until now.
