i made a trip to Heinola today.

i went to have coffee in Siltasaari. i've been there last summer.

since i'm so bored today, i took the bus and went there.

it was a beautiful sunny day.

it was also super windy and cold.

i'm glad that i took myself on a date

has anyone ever asked you to put an engagement ring in a cake?

well...

one young couple came to the cafe the other day while i was having my lunch break. they were wearing a matching knitted purple vest. i was eyeing them, and i thought they were so cute.

minutes after my break, the guy came to the counter and asked if we have something nice where he can put a ring in to...coz he's going to propose to his girlfriend.

my initial reaction was, "oh my God!"

i really felt excited!

Marika and i suggested that he put in a cake...you know, the usual thing...we were not so creative 😅

when we already had the slice of cake, he handed the ring to me and i put it in the cake...my hand was shaking while i was trying to hide the ring in the slice of cake...

moments later, we saw the guy running to the hall to get a glass of water. we were worried that his girlfriend might have choked on the ring...

we were relieved and happy when they left the cafe, so much happier when they came, and the girl wearing her diamond engagement ring 💗💗💗

i am slowly getting back to the real time...😁

i am also trying to do some exercise because i need to gather strength.

as i'm getting older, i'm loosing energy and flexibility.

i just want to enjoy more of the coming days.

i just realized that i have spent more time working with my computer before going to holiday.

now, i want to have more balance ⚖⚖ 😊

so, we've been back home for six days now...and all that i am is

TIRED

it's not just the time difference that i am dealing with,

but i feel like all my being is so lifeless

i come home from work, lay down in bed and voila! i'm asleep in an instant. and i couldn't be bothered with dinner or sauna...

i just want to sleep.

and of course, i'm up and awake at five in the morning 😁

i also think that i can't handle the long flights anymore. the turbulence, the food on the plane, the stop-overs...

it's just too much for me...
